A local company that grew from one clean home
Perfection Cleaning started with a simple idea: take care of a home the way you would take care of your own. 19 years later, we clean homes, businesses and buildings across the Fraser Valley, Surrey and the Tri-Cities from our office in Aldergrove.
What has not changed
What started as a personal standard became a business standard. Our staff are trained with the attitude that nothing will be left undone on any job we take on, and every clean ends with a walkthrough rather than a signature.
We are a one-stop solution for the full range of cleaning in this region: recurring house cleaning, one-time deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, post-construction work, offices, commercial spaces and strata common areas. Clients have used the same cleaner for years, which is the part of the business we are proudest of.
What makes us different
- The same cleaner, prepared. Your regular cleaner learns your home and your preferences, and a colleague covering a holiday gets your notes and priorities, not a blank page.
- A written scope, not a vague promise. Every quote states the price and the time involved, and every commercial or strata client gets the scope in writing.

- Local, and reachable. One office in Aldergrove, real phone numbers and a person who answers during business hours, not a call centre.
Established 2007, and still local
Perfection Cleaning began in 2007 with one standard: look after a home the way you would look after your own. 19 years later we clean homes, businesses and strata buildings across the Fraser Valley and the Tri-Cities, still from our own office in Aldergrove.
The company is led by Ashley Sturtevant, who co-founded the Aldergrove Community Market and serves as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Aldergrove. That community work is not a sideline: it is why we run seasonal giveaways, publish the Halloween and Christmas lights lists, and sponsor the local teams and causes our clients care about.

The same scope guides every visit, and your priorities come from a booking checklist that stays on your client notes. Extras such as ovens, fridges, cabinets and interior windows are added on request.
