Our post-construction crews work through a site in passes: coarse debris and surface dust first, then fine dust from every horizontal surface, then the detail stage where stickers, adhesive, paint spatter and silicone residue come off glass, fixtures, tile and hardware.
We clean inside cabinets and drawers, inside appliances, all vents and registers, light fixtures, window and door frames, and every floor including closets and edges. The final pass happens once the trades have finished, so it is not undone by one more installer.
Builders and renovators across the Fraser Valley and Tri-Cities use us for handover cleans on single homes, multi-unit projects and show suites. We can schedule around your trades and work to a fixed handover date.

- Hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead paint, which require a licensed abatement contractor
