A deep clean takes noticeably longer than a maintenance visit, and that is the point. Baseboards, door frames, vents, light switches, grout lines, the tops of cabinets and the space behind and under what we can safely move are all on the list.
It is the right starting point for a first clean, a change of season, a home recovering from illness or renovations, or any house where the standard has slipped and you want it reset properly rather than managed.
Many clients use one deep clean as a reset and then move to a lighter recurring visit to hold the result. If that is your plan, tell us at the quoting stage and we will price both together.
What is included
- Everything in our standard recurring scope, done at a deeper level
- Hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, door handles and light switches
- Bathroom grout, tile, tracks, fixtures descaled and polished
- Kitchen degreased: backsplash, hood surround, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors
- Vents and floor registers dusted and vacuumed
- Cobweb removal in reachable corners and ceilings
- Window sills, tracks and interior glass reachable from the floor
What we do not do
We would rather tell you now than disappoint you on the day.
- Mould remediation, biohazard cleanup and hoarding situations, which are outside our scope
- Exterior windows and any work requiring ladders or harnesses

We confirm the size, the condition and anything that needs special attention, then set the time needed.

High surfaces first, then eye level, then floors, so nothing is re-dirtied on the way out.
