Most clients start with a first-time clean so we can bring the whole house up to our standard. From there your recurring visit maintains it: kitchens degreased, bathrooms sanitized, floors done properly, dust kept off the surfaces you actually see and live on.
You choose the frequency that fits your life. Weekly suits busy families and households with pets or allergies. Bi-weekly is our most popular choice and keeps a home consistently guest-ready. Monthly works well for tidy households that want a dependable reset rather than day-to-day upkeep.
Because the same cleaner returns, they learn your home: the cabinet with the fragile glassware, the dog that bolts for the door, the office you would rather we did not reorganize. If you leave a note or a checklist, we follow it.
What is included
- Kitchens: counters, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors, backsplash and floor
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, chrome and floors
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, surfaces, glass tables, mirrors, floors
- General dusting to reachable surfaces, sills and baseboards
- Vacuum and mop of all floor types we are cleared to use
- Interior garbage collected and bins lined
- Final walkthrough, with your priorities confirmed against your notes
What we do not do
We would rather tell you now than disappoint you on the day.
- Interior ovens, fridges, cabinets and interior windows, available as add-ons
- Areas the crew cannot safely reach, such as high vaults or exterior windows
How it works

First clean
A deeper first visit brings the whole home up to standard. This visit is longer, and is quoted as a first-time clean rather than a maintenance visit.

Recurring visits
We keep the same day and time where possible, with the same cleaner and your own cleaning notes kept on file.

Review and adjust
After a few visits we check in. Add a task, drop a task, change the frequency. Nothing is locked in.
