We clean the areas every resident walks through: lobbies and entry glass, corridors, stairwells, elevators including tracks and panels, mail rooms, amenity rooms, gyms, garbage and recycling rooms, and parkades.
Every building has a personality. Some need daily lobby and elevator attention, others need weekly rotation through stairwells and parkades. We build the schedule with your strata council or property manager and put it in writing so everyone knows what is covered.
Our cleaners are criminal record checked, insured, bondable and WCB covered, and we follow your building's key, fob and alarm procedures precisely. Council members and managers get a named contact for issues and extra work.
